Plaza Semanggi). We are looking for a highly motivated and
professional candidates to join with our super team as :

FIT OUT SUPERVISOR

FIT OUT SUPERVISOR Post Date: 23 May 09

Responsibility :

* Manage and review tenant design and fit out, and coordinate
technical standard & construction procedure which covers architecture,
civil and ME
* Provide recommendation on common area and ensure fit out work
program in accordance to schedule and standard
* Evaluate, supervise and review subordinate work performance (if any)

Performance Indicator :

Quality of tenant fit out and timely schedule
*
Recommendation report and work plan delivered as plan and standard

Specification :

Bachelor degree of Engeneering, preferable Architecture / Civil with
work experience at least 3 years

Knowledge and Skill :

* Proficiency in computer especially Autocad, Office, Corell Draw, Adobe
* Understanding of technical drawing and ability to do cost estimation
* Proficiency in foreign language (English) both written and verbal
* Competency : Cooperation, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
