increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

Regional Training Manager

(To be located in big cities: Bali, Surabaya and Samarinda)

Regional Training Manager Post Date: 04 May 09

Responsibility:

- Ability to design, coach and deliver training modules
effectively to a diverse audience using several different variety
tools.

- To work closely with other faculties for better co-ordination
of program presentation and follow up.

- Capable of planning and executing company's training
strategies to address the needs of the field forces.

- To provide facilitator's guide, conduct personal coaching.

Requirements:

- Min. bachelor degree in any field

- Possesses minimum 2 years in the insurance industry

- Excellent presentation and training skills, particularly
motivational and soft skill training

- Good interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English verbal and written.

- A good team player, mature and dynamic, with the enthusiasm
to ensure that goals and commitments are achieved.
